Fuji have reddish stripes and slight red to rosy pink blush over yellow background colour. The interior is dense, firm with a creamy-white flesh. Crisp and very juicy with a sugary-sweet flavour make Fuji one of the sweetest apples around! Great for snacking, salads, baking and juicing.

Our Stormy Fujis have a couple more bumps than your average Fuji due to the hail storm. Rest assured these are cosmetic blemishes only and  don't affect the nutritional value or taste!
